Self Care tips for a Happy & Better 2019!

I hope you all are doing well.

In this blog post, I’ll share three self care tips which you can implement in your daily life for a better and happy 2019. If you are interested in knowing, please keep on reading till the end.

1: Exercise.

Exercise is the most underrated anti-depressant. Exercise is not meant only for weight loss or weight gain. For a happy and healthy body, one must exercise daily or at least 5 days a week. Exercise not only freshens your mind, it also acts as a great way to boost your metabolism.

If you are lazy, get up and include exercise in your daily routine. And once you start doing for yourself, believe me it’ll change your life.

2: Clean Eating.

Clean eating encourages eating whole foods, fruits & vegetables, unprocessed foods etc. Make sure you include salad in your meals. Avoid fried and junk food. Eat more veggies. Drink more water. Eat your protein right. Consume less sugar. Keep an eye on your calories!

Do this strictly for 21 days and this will become your habit. You will start feeling more positive and happy.

3: Taking care of your skin.

Having a proper skincare is very essential. A good skincare will slow down the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Make sure you take good care of your skin. Exfoliate at least 3 times a week. Moisturize every day. Mask at least 2 times a week. Wear sunscreen everyday.

This way you will feel more energized and confident in your skin.
